This automation presents the design and implementation of an automated lead scraping and email validation workflow using n8n. The system integrates FetchFox, NeverBounce, and a CRM to collect, clean, and enrich business leads without manual effort, making lead generation faster, more accurate, and scalable.
Challenges & Problems
The client was manually scraping leads from Google Maps, sorting them into spreadsheets, and dealing with CRMs full of invalid or missing emails. This slowed down outreach, reduced email deliverability, and wasted valuable time. They needed a way to automate lead capture and ensure only valid contacts reached their CRM.
Solutions Provided
The workflow was developed in n8n with connected nodes handling each step:
FetchFox Scraper collects business leads from Google Maps.
Filter Node checks for the presence of an email.
No email → added to No Email List.
Email present → continue.
NeverBounce Integration validates each email.
Invalid → stored in No Valid Email List.
Valid → pushed to Valid Email List + CRM.
Leads are automatically categorized and logged for easy tracking.
The Result
The client’s CRM now contains only verified leads, improving outreach efficiency and ensuring a 90%+ deliverability rate. Manual data entry was eliminated, saving hours each week, while engagement rates increased due to cleaner data and faster response times.
