This automation outlines the creation of a fully automated lead capture and engagement system using Make.com (formerly Integromat). The workflow connects Typeform, TimelinesAI for WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Gmail, streamlining the process of collecting lead data, initiating communication, and managing follow-ups without manual intervention.
Challenges & Problems
The client needed a system that could instantly capture lead details from Typeform responses, store them in an organized database, send an introductory WhatsApp message, and follow up with an email, all without requiring human involvement.
Solutions Provided
The automation was built in Make.com. The process begins with Typeform’s “Watch Responses” module, which triggers the workflow whenever a new lead submits the form. The data is then passed to TimelinesAI for WhatsApp, sending a personalized message to the lead. Next, the information is stored in a Google Sheet through the “Add a Row” module for recordkeeping and reporting. Finally, the Gmail module sends a follow-up email to the lead with additional information or offers. This end-to-end flow ensures immediate communication and accurate lead tracking.
